All orders are shipped from Jeddah - Saudi Arabia, via one of our trusted courier services to anywhere in the World.*

After you place an order on www.ProudAngeles.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications when we dispatch your goods, which will include your courier tracking number. 

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the courier tracking number sent in the email(s). If you have any questions about your order please contact us.  

Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country. The courier will contact you via WhatsApp number which you provided during your order to request further delivery information. 

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from your dedicated local courier office; make sure that you have your tracking number on hand. 

In most cases one of our courier services companies will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you again to set up a date to deliver your package or arrange a pickup

 *Once your shipment is with the courier, kindly use their tracking website or their customer support number to follow up with your order.

Our delivery fee covers both domestic and international delivery, which includes any international transport/clearance fees and all other service charges.
